ENTRIES CLOSED 5-Part LIVE Online Series: Eliminate Clinical Noise – Precision based Rehabilitation In The 21st Century (10 CPD)

R1,500.00

Many clinicians today are not short on information, they are overwhelmed by it. Conflicting protocols, endless exercise options, and uncertainty around progression leave too many practitioners prescribing by habit rather than by design.

This 5-part series by TRIPP cuts through that noise. Built around a single core idea that better rehabilitation comes from clearer thinking, not more exercises – it gives you a practical, principle-driven framework for making confident clinical decisions across the full spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries.

What the Series Covers

Each module targets a specific layer of clinical precision:

  • Module 1 – The Clinical Operating System: A TRIPP decision-making framework for irritability assessment, tissue-specific loading, and dosage prescription that replaces guesswork with structure. Module 2-5 will build on module 1, creating a seamless process to enable clinicians to master exercise program prescription.
  • Module 2 – Tendon Rehabilitation: Evidence-informed loading strategies for tendinopathy, including progression criteria, outcome measures, and real-world load management.
  • Module 3 – Bone Stress Injuries: Load monitoring, adaptation principles, and criteria-based return-to-sport for bone stress presentations.
  • Module 4 – Muscle Injuries: Pain-threshold rehabilitation, structural remodeling, and functional recovery frameworks for hamstring and muscle-tendon unit injuries.
  • Module 5 – Ligament & Joint Instability: Sensorimotor rehabilitation, progressive complexity loading, and criteria-based return to sport for joint instability cases.

By the end of this series, you will be able to:

    • Assess irritability and make loading decisions with confidence.
    • Match rehabilitation strategy to tissue biology – tendon, muscle, bone, ligament, and joint.
    • Prescribe dosage precisely: load, volume, tempo, and progression.
    • Apply criteria-based progression frameworks instead of time-based guessing.
    • Reduce unnecessary complexity and build repeatable, measurable rehabilitation programs.
