Knee Rehabilitation: What to Do, When to Progress, How to Decide (2CPD)

R250.00

Most knee rehab gets stuck in one of two places:
1. The early “irritable knee” phase, OR 2. the leap from “better” to “ready.”

Join Aneurin Robyn and Dr. Arnold Vlok for a practical, hands-on evening where they share how they manage knee injuries from the early irritable phase through to confident load progression and return-to-sport readiness.

Drawing from real clinical experience across performance and everyday practice, they will show you how to prepare, test, and progress the knee with clarity and purpose.

See below what the workshop will discuss & focus on.
